Week 1: Schedule your OnRamp Introductory Course

Meet our professional coaches and get familiar with the movements you’ll be using in group classes. Many of these movements you already know — we’re just going to make you better at them. This is done through our ONRAMP Introductory Course. Here, we go through all the foundational movements and terminology utilized in CrossFit to help you exercise in a much more safe, and efficient manner. We’ll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury. Don’t know what an AMRAP is? We’ve got you covered on that too. Don’t worry if you need extra time here. Everyone has their own pace.
